How to get free samples?

We understand and appreciate your request for free samples, and we value the importance of evaluating product quality before placing bulk orders. However, offering free samples to all customers would place significant financial pressure on our production and operational costs.

For other customers, we will offer paid sample production services.

Can sample fees be refunded?

If a customer decides to move forward with custom-made garments and meets the minimum order quantity of 200-300 units per color per style (or as agreed upon by both parties), the paid sample fees can be deducted from the total order amount. This policy is designed to reward customers who continue the collaboration and place bulk orders, showing our appreciation for their trust and support.

Sample fees can be refunded under the following circumstances

If the customer decides not to proceed with the customization after paying the sample fees and the sample production has not yet started, the paid sample fees can be refunded. However, if significant issues arise on our side during the sample production process—such as delays or an inability to meet the customer's requirements—we will take full responsibility and work to resolve the issue, ensuring customer satisfaction.

If the customer meets the conditions for a sample fee refund, the following process will be followed:

If the customer decides to proceed with the full order, we will apply the relevant policies and continue the customization process.
