Processing fee
The sample fee also covers the costs associated with cutting, sewing, and overall processing techniques. If certain items are not included in the sample fee, we will clearly list them on the sample fee information page and provide alternative options or details of additional charges if applicable. This ensures full transparency and helps customers clearly understand the scope of the sample fee before payment, preventing misunderstandings or disputes during the custom apparel production process.
How to get free samples?
We understand and appreciate your request for free samples, and we value the importance of evaluating product quality before placing bulk orders. However, offering free samples to all customers would place significant financial pressure on our production and operational costs.
To maintain high standards while managing resources<br> effectively, we have implemented a free sample policy that applies exclusively to the following customers:
VIP Customers
We will provide free samples to our VIP customers, who are key long-term partners that have consistently supported and contributed to our brand. VIP status will be determined based on factors such as the history of cooperation, order quantity, and frequency.
Prospective Customers and Brand Customers
We are also open to providing free samples to prospective customers with significant potential and those who have their own brands. These customers are valuable for product feedback and collaboration opportunities, and we aim to build long-term partnerships with them. Eligibility for the free sample policy will be based on factors such as their potential, market influence, and brand recognition.
For other customers, we will offer paid sample production services.

Can sample fees be refunded?
Refund Policy for Sample Fees:
Sample Fee Deduction from Order Total
If a customer decides to move forward with custom-made garments and meets the minimum order quantity of 200-300 units per color per style (or as agreed upon by both parties), the paid sample fees can be deducted from the total order amount. This policy is designed to reward customers who continue the collaboration and place bulk orders, showing our appreciation for their trust and support.
Sample fees can be refunded under the following circumstances
If the customer decides not to proceed with the customization after paying the sample fees and the sample production has not yet started, the paid sample fees can be refunded. However, if significant issues arise on our side during the sample production process—such as delays or an inability to meet the customer's requirements—we will take full responsibility and work to resolve the issue, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Refund Process
If the customer meets the conditions for a sample fee refund, the following process will be followed:

Once the customer has confirmed and initiated sample production, and the samples are completed meeting the customer's requirements and expectations, we will proceed with the next steps based on the customer's feedback and approval. If the customer decides to proceed with the full order, we will apply the relevant policies and continue the customization process.
